Tungsten heating zone details 

Generally, when the temperature of the tungsten heating zone / furnace is higher than 1100 degrees Celsius, molybdenum or tungsten will be considered as the heat insulation screen (including the side screen and the upper and lower cover screen) : as the heat insulation component in the furnace, the key role of molybdenum and tungsten reflection screen and the upper and lower cover plate is to block and reflect the heat in the furnace.

Tungsten heating zone is usually made by riveting, which can be butt or lap joint. Corrugated plate, U-shaped lattice or molybdenum wire spring and ring spacing can be used between each layer of screen, and fixed with molybdenum wire or tungsten wire card and screw.

1, tungsten heating zone purity: Mo≥99.95% or W≥99.95%;

2, density: Mo material ≥10.1g/cm3 or tungsten material ≥19.1g/cm3;

3, application temperature environment: ≤2800℃;

4, plastic crisp transition temperature: W between 200-400℃, Mo between 20-400℃.

5, steam pressure: W at 2100℃ about 10-6Pa,Mo at 2100℃ about 10-2Pa

6, oxidation resistance: in the air W is higher than 500℃ rapid oxidation, Mo is higher than 400℃ rapid oxidation, so the tungsten molybdenum heat insulation screen needs to be used in a vacuum or inert atmosphere.

Due to the different requirements of each customer or furnace specifications, drilling position, installation method, space size design, we need to be able to provide a complete drawing, in strict accordance with the customer drawings.
