Tungsten beads production process :

The production process of cemented beads is similar to that of other cemented products:

Powder making → Formula according to application requirements → wet grinding → mixing → grinding → Drying → sieving → adding molding agent → drying → sieving the mixture →

Granulation → cold isostatic pressing → molding → sintering → molding (blank)→ packaging → storage.

According to the specific requirements and the relevant parameters of the different, the main tungsten beads , tungsten steel beads , tungsten alloy beads, high ratio of coincidence  hard alloy ball products.

Small cemented tungsten beads can be about 0.3 mm diameter.
