Thickness tolerances: 0.2 (±0.015) mm, 0.4 (±0.03) mm, width tolerances (+/-)1 mm.
Chem. composition, %: base - molybdenum, impurities, % not more than: Aluminum 0.004, Iron 0.01, Nickel 0.005, Silicon 0.01, Calcium and magnesium (in total) 0.005, Carbon 0.01, oxygen 0.008. The edges of the strips must be trimmed. Tears along the edges are not allowed. The surface of the strips must be degreased. Delamination and oxides on the surface of the strips are not allowed. The roughness parameter Ra according to GOST 2789-73 of the surface of cold-rolled strips with a thickness of 0.3-0.5 mm should not exceed 1.25 μm. Cold-rolled strips must withstand bending until the sides are parallel around the mandrel with a radius of 0.2 mm-0.2 mm for a thickness of 0.4 mm, and there must be no breaks or delaminations at the bending points. The mechanical properties of cold-rolled strips must meet the requirements: tensile strength of at least 980 MPa. Relative elongation, %, not less than: for a thickness of 0.2 mm (along the rolling direction 2.5, across the rolling direction 2), for a thickness of 0.4 mm (along the rolling direction 6, across the rolling direction 2.5).
